I’ve hand measured the costume -
and it’s MC / medium child on the upper end , to petite LC  on the Weissman chart.
The measurements you see are completely laying the costume flat and it has a good 10 cm extra to stretch without question.
The bodice is beautiful strong black mesh with application and a full attached leotard
This costume cost more than $250 to get made , so the price and quality & uniqueness reflect that .
